Love this little shop! They are helpful and low pressure in person but most of the time I shop online with them. I can put a note on my order to mention I want all Delica 11/0 seeds and they will make corrections if needed. Their shipping time is phenomenal. If I order early in the morning by midday it's shipped and most of the times I have my order in my mailbox next day. Granted I live 1.5 hours away but that is customer service!

I have found Jennifer Wiles Studio to consistently have the best pricing for 11/0 Seed Beads out there, not only that but my orders come unbelievably FAST which is important when you are itching to get started on your project.

What you purchase as a customer is not only beads, Jennifer , shares her wealth of knowledge of numerous beading technics and properties of all the materials used in creating a piece. The knowledge Jennifer shares with her customers is priceless.

Jennifer is an excellent person to talk to whether you have never beaded before in your life, you know a few things, or if you're designing your own beaded projects. She is friendly and approachable without being invasive or pushy. I'm glad I met her and she and her store have definitely enhanced my life.
